Enjoy 12 months warranty for all Skmei watches purchased from our online store provided they meet the following conditions and requirements:

- Must provide proof of purchase or warranty card issued together with the watch upon purchase.

-No Physical Damage seen on the watch ( Accidental dropping of the watch is not covered by the warranty.)

-Natural wear and tear of straps and physical scratches on the watch face is not covered by the warranty , however, we can assist on parts replacements and repairs with corresponding service fees.

-Must NOT have been Submerged in Water ( for some 3ATM watches that are splash resistant but CANNOT be used in swimming or showering.)
